Omg wow, I just noticed I spelt principle wrong... Uhgu. Well anyways here's my application for 
I had fun doing this and no his collared shirt isn't made out of gold. I just saturated it to much ; u ;

● Full name: Frost Lockwood
● Birthday: 30/09/1991
● Likes: Cold foods, being in control,being a detective, long walks on the beach Rheilene
● Dislikes: Kids *mainly Mari, and Kezuki*, spicy things, responsibility, being broke, really kawaii things.
● Personality: Lockwood is a very intimidatingly cool character who doesn't show very much expression around anyone who isn't Rheilene, Kezu, or Mari. He keeps to himself most of the time preferring to be solo rather then hang in big crowds due to his child hood's constant watch ofrpm the media and his care takers. And as a side note he has a little sister complex with Rheilene (even though he has no blood line relation to her what so ever).
● Character bio: As a child Lockwood had always been fascinated with the aspect of being a detective; a mysterious well collected, independent individual that gained a lot of respect from society and was often left alone- someone who was the exact opposite of Lockwood himself.
He admired this aspect of such a character due to the fact that his family had of a long history of being school chair mans and principles thus being very wealthy and in that nature was over protective of their only son.
He had always been lavished with the most expensive and unique toys to keep him occupied and uninterested with going outside or getting into trouble; that eventually he had become uninterested in things that pertained to objects or any form of attention (especially cute objects since his mother was kind of a lolli).
So eventually when Lockwood had turned to the recent age of 21 his father felt he was old enough to carry on the school oriented career that he, and the rest of his fore- fathers had lead before him.
However since Lockwood had always had the interest of being a detective to fulfill his childhood wishes he had rebelled against the idea, threatening to leave the household and live his own life.
But to Lockwood's disadvantage, his father and mother had always been coaxing Lockwood to move out so he could earn a sense of responsibility and an honest hardworking attitude.
And so in saying that, they happily helped him move to Taihen City in the Isan region where he had been given a generous amount of money to pay for rent, and groceries until he found a job.
This had not been his intention of living his own life, so with no desire to look for a job he had quickly used up his small fortune and had to return to his family with financial help.
His father had not been pleased with Lockwood's return only willing to help him stay independent if he had taken up the role of being the principle in one of his familie's school branches; Rentora Academy.
He unwillingly accepts the offer but evidently earning a small sense of independence and respect he had wanted all along.
● Additional Info: + Lockwood only loses his cool and become a bit of an over protective prince- when he's around Kezuki, Mari, and Rheilene.
+Lockwood constantly looks for the opportunity to solve any underlying facts, or mysteries still hoping he can get a career as a detective one day
+Lockwood owns a Luxray that his father had handed down to him, however since the Luxray is at such a high level and is a traded pokemon it has no respect for Lockwood and often doesn't participate in battles and wanders off on it's own. But to Lockwood the Luxray represents his father and his own disappointment in him as an individual.
+Beartic is his first pokemon that he had caught and his main pokemon. He feels that Beartic is a reminder that he is capable of proving himself as an independent person rather then dependent. The exact opposite representation of Luxray.
+Lockwood's reason for obsessing with Rheilene is that fact that he can have the feeling of reliability on him.And who wouldn't obseess omg she the cutest little Rheirhei
